Scope of work
Interior Refurbishment
- Fully redecorated four of the five bedrooms, restoring light and comfort.
- Repaired plumbing in the master en-suite to resolve a long-standing leak.
- Remodelled the main family bathroom with a new luxury power shower and resolved historic leaks that had damaged the ceiling below.
- Fully refurbished the downstairs shower room and cloakroom, correcting drainage issues and sealing redundant doorways for better layout.
- Redecorated the landing, cinema room and office, restoring their clean, bright finish.
- Reorganised the utility room layout to improve space and usability.
- Repaired ceilings and redecorated the open-plan kitchen and lounge following water damage.
External & Garden Works
- Refurbished the outdoor fire pit and built a new BBQ area.
- Replaced the timber decking with a new, more durable system.
- Completed full garden maintenance and lawn treatment from the driveway to the front gates.
- Restored planting and borders around the property to bring back its kerb appeal.
Results
