Scope of work

Interior Refurbishment

  • Fully redecorated four of the five bedrooms, restoring light and comfort.
  • Repaired plumbing in the master en-suite to resolve a long-standing leak.
  • Remodelled the main family bathroom with a new luxury power shower and resolved historic leaks that had damaged the ceiling below.
  • Fully refurbished the downstairs shower room and cloakroom, correcting drainage issues and sealing redundant doorways for better layout.
  • Redecorated the landing, cinema room and office, restoring their clean, bright finish.
  • Reorganised the utility room layout to improve space and usability.
  • Repaired ceilings and redecorated the open-plan kitchen and lounge following water damage.

External & Garden Works

  • Refurbished the outdoor fire pit and built a new BBQ area.
  • Replaced the timber decking with a new, more durable system.
  • Completed full garden maintenance and lawn treatment from the driveway to the front gates.
  • Restored planting and borders around the property to bring back its kerb appeal.

Results
