Property upgrades
- Organised the installation of new UPVC windows and external doors.
- Oversaw the fitting of new automated garage doors.
- Arranged an upgrade to an energy-efficient boiler and shower.
Interior improvements
- Supervised internal wall removals to improve the property’s layout.
- Directed plastering works throughout the home.
- Commissioned the installation of fitted bedroom wardrobes.
- Oversaw insulation and boarding of the loft space to improve storage and energy efficiency.
Results
