Scope of work

Structural & Layout Reconfiguration

  • Removed the internal chimney to open up space and improve flow.
  • Completed structural roof adjustments following chimney removal and full re-roof.
  • Demolished front and rear lean-tos to streamline the footprint.
  • Redesigned the layout from four small bedrooms to three spacious doubles, including a new master with en-suite and modernised family bathroom.

Internal Works

  • Fully replastered and redecorated throughout.
  • Completed a full rewire and replumbing, including new pipework and heating system.
  • Installed a new kitchen, family bathroom and fully tiled en-suite shower room.
  • Fitted engineered oak flooring to the ground floor and new carpets upstairs.

External Improvements

  • Installed new UPVC double-glazed windows and doors.
  • Replaced fascia, soffits, guttering and downpipes.
  • Applied K-rend and external cladding for a contemporary finish.
  • Levelled, seeded and landscaped the garden for improved usability and kerb appeal.
