Scope of work
Structural & Layout Reconfiguration
- Removed the internal chimney to open up space and improve flow.
- Completed structural roof adjustments following chimney removal and full re-roof.
- Demolished front and rear lean-tos to streamline the footprint.
- Redesigned the layout from four small bedrooms to three spacious doubles, including a new master with en-suite and modernised family bathroom.
Internal Works
- Fully replastered and redecorated throughout.
- Completed a full rewire and replumbing, including new pipework and heating system.
- Installed a new kitchen, family bathroom and fully tiled en-suite shower room.
- Fitted engineered oak flooring to the ground floor and new carpets upstairs.
External Improvements
- Installed new UPVC double-glazed windows and doors.
- Replaced fascia, soffits, guttering and downpipes.
- Applied K-rend and external cladding for a contemporary finish.
- Levelled, seeded and landscaped the garden for improved usability and kerb appeal.
